Celebrity accountant Anthony Bell’s rumoured romance with ex-cricket WAG Annika Martyn

Annika Martyn, the ex-wife of retired cricketer Damien Martyn, is reportedly now dating celebrity accountant Anthony Bell.

According to a report in The Daily Telegraph, Martyn’s holiday to Monaco and the south of France has included time on the deck of Bell’s superyacht.

In a cricketing twist, Bell’s best mate and celebrity client Michael Clarke played alongside Martyn in the Australian Test team in the mid 2000s.

Annika Martyn has been posting photos and videos of her trip to her Instagram profile, including some alongside good friend Tonia Taylor, the niece of media identity Alan Jones.

One of the posts, accompanying a photo of Martyn in a beautiful waterside location, was posted on September 9.

“I’m in the South of France, where every twisty road seems to lead to a vineyard, and the locals have a knack for turning croissants into works of art,” Martyn wrote in the post.

“Welcome to the land of baguettes, berets.”

Martyn then makes fun of her terrible high school French before commenting on the food and wine.

“So, whether I’m sipping wine, munching on a baguette, or trying to pronounce “anticonstitutionnellement” (yes, it’s a real French word), the South of France will forever hold a special place in my heart and my belly.”

In another post on the same day alongside Taylor, apparently from the deck of Bell’s yacht, Martyn had a dig at the lack of an Australian summer staple on her trip.

“The Corona is hotter than the sun itself!” she writes. “Interestingly no one has stubby coolers. How un-Australian.”

Martyn also attends a Sail GP event in St Tropez and the Cannes, where she walked the red carpet at the site of the famous film festival.

The report stated that Bell “attempted to pour cold water on suggestions he and Martyn were an item”.Bell previously had a high-profile marriage with former TV presenter Kelly Landry, with who he has two children.

The accountant was also hosting Clarke, Karl Stefanovic and sisters Jade and Jasmine Yarbrough at his Noosa mansion when an infamous fight broke out in January this year, caught on camera.

The publication adds that Clarke is also currently in Europe with Jade Yarbrough and is expected to catch up with Bell during their sojourn.

The Martyns were married for five years, having wed back in 2006.
