There was a notable absence from the UK premiere of a new four-part documentary about the lives of David and Victoria Beckham and their children.

The celebrity couple’s son Cruz, 18, has reportedly split from his girlfriend Tana Holding, whom he had been dating since May 2022.

While his older brothers Romeo and Brooklyn posed with their respective partners, Cruz was flying solo at the premiere, with Holding nowhere to be seen.

“Cruz and Tana quietly split over the summer,” a source told The Mail Online in the UK.

“They’re very private.

“It was a teenage romance, but sadly it just didn’t work out.”

It’s believed the couple first met in the UK spring of 2022 and instantly hit it off.

“They make a really lovely couple and she is down-to-earth and really fun,” a source told The Sun at the time.

“She is not fazed by Cruz’s fame and where he comes from.

“It’s early days, but Cruz seems smitten with Tana.”

Cruz is an aspiring singer and model.

His eldest brother Brooklyn, 24, is married to actress Nicola Peltz Beckham, while Romeo, 21, is dating Mia Regan.

David and Victoria Beckham also have a 12-year-old daughter, Harper.

Apart from exploring David Beckham’s hugely successful sporting career, the documentary also explores more personal aspects of his life.

Victoria Beckham speaks about the alleged “affair” her husband was accused of having with his personal assistant, Rebecca Loos, in 2003 when he was playing soccer for Real Madrid.

David Beckham denied the claims at the time, releasing a statement calling the claim “ludicrous” and insisting he was “happily married”.

“It was the hardest period because it felt like the world was against us,” Victoria says in the series.

“Here’s the thing – we were against each other if I’m being completely honest.

“You know, up until Madrid sometimes it felt like us against everybody else, but we were together, we were connected, we had each other.

“But when we were in Spain, it didn’t really feel like we had each other either.

“And that’s sad. I can’t even begin to tell you how hard it was and how it affected me. It was a nightmare.

“It was an absolute circus and everyone loves it when the circus comes to town, right? Unless you’re in it.

“It was the most unhappy I have ever been in my entire life.”
